The deliverability will decrease after operation of sand control , and affect that reserve volume has verified and development effect because unconsolidated sand reserve are plugged off and polluted by the solid phase particles of drilling mud,well cement,perforation action,entering well liquid and so on . The second pollution will be produced and impacted on environmental protection after conventional acidizing. We should study and analysis the formation plugging mechanism consciouslyform a suite new technology with physical broken down and sand control for unconsolidated sand reserve.To solve the problems, the Sand Control Technology Research Center of Shengli Oil Production Research Institute and Petroleum Engineering College of University of Petrolem co operate, begin to study the new technique of pressure pulse broken down deeply, and research new sand control technology with it ,form a complete system of pressure pulse broken down and sand control. The theme group has analysed the reasons of solid phase particle polluted in oil well, created a mathematic model about the pressure pulse broken down emission theory, done an experiment that show effection on pressre pluse by fluid medium or fluid and gas commixture medium , designed and manufactured pressure pulse generator device, designed process technology and optimized broken down parameters,studied stability of the well wall,researched squeezing and paking sand control technique,and completed one well experiment at well site and successed .The success of study and experiment at well site proof enoughly that the technique is practicable and effective. The technique has advantage of operating without lifting pipe string and saving the cost,and is a perfect new method of broken down and sand control.
