Hydraulic support is the key equipment in the fully mechanized coal face. It is very important to research the static strength stress analysis of the ZY4000/14/32 type of the hydraulic support, which has been conducted by the finite element numerical simulation on the basis of stress measurement.Through analysis the standard of hydraulic support loading experiment systematically, this thesis suggests the most dangerous stress intensity place of different force conditions. By the loading experiment of the ZY4000/14/32 type of the hydraulic support, the field testing has been carried out to evaluate the stress in the key positions of the hydraulic support, which in three dangerous working conditions including top beam with offset load, top beam torsion and base torsion. In this testing, a lot of meaningful data have been obtained, which could provide some consultations for the support design and consideration in the future.The paper use Pro/E soft to build the three dimensional model and use ANSYS soft to analyze the static strength stress of the whole hydraulic support. Research the three dimensional model building, model predigesting, assembly, contact treatment, and choose of unit type, mesh, the boundary conditions and analysis of external load in-depth.The static strength of the hydraulic support of ZY4000/14/32 was analyzed by finite element methods. In conclusion, the hydraulic support bears different dangerous working conditions including top beam with offset load, top beam torsion and base torsion, which stress distribution situation and dangerous position. Based the tested data, confirmed through opportune simplify conditions virtual prototype based on the three dimensional model loading experiment instead of the old design of manufacture prototype experiment process. It could provide some consultations for the support design and analysis, achieve the purpose of shorten the design cycle and reduce costs.
