Research On Enterprise Safety Training Process Management Based On Lean 6σ Method

With the preliminary establishment of the framework of safety training system by the original State Administration of work safety, nationwide safety training has witnessed continuous improvements, but also spawned a number of problems to be solved, including the management of enterprise safety training.In the background of current work safety situation, this paper elaborates basically on the ideas and systems of Lean Six Sigma, and try to apply the method in the enterprise training process.
