In recent years, with the high speed of economic development in China and geometric growth of engineering projects,some features such as short construction period, large investment and technical complexity, etc also exist.Hence it is the focus of this paper on how to complete the project within the time set by investor.Project management is that the managers of the project make rational arrangements for various activities during implementation in order to meet the project target.During the operation of the project, process management is a scientic method, which will affect the economic interests of enterprises directly, and thus becomes one of the most important step during project management.The modification project on TJT ointment facility is a project which is raised to increase the productivity itseif in order to meet the supply need in the marhet. The process management method used by the project manager lags behind, the system is not comprehensive and there is no professional project management staff, which makes it very meaningful to study the process of this project. This paper first gives a basic introduction to the the project, then decompose the project, make exploded work drawing and the exploded project’s organizational structure drawing, establish responsibility matrix, human resource schedule, cost breakdown table, milestone events, and prepare the schedule of the project by using Microsoft’s project management software project 2010. Finally during the implementation stage, analyze the responsibility based on emerged incidents and give respective solutions. Use EV method to control each stage of the process to make sure the regular operations of the project.Preparation of schedule and process control are the two most important aspects in project process management, during which EV method is by far one of the the most effective method as it puts both cost and process control on the same platform, which solves the various deviations generated from seperate control of the two factors. At the same time, EV method also simplifies the calcualtion process.The fruit of this paper is that "Earned Value" is a a very practical approach in project process management, which not only applies to project management of those constrction units, but also applies to investor as it certainly gives value of reference to improve management level.
