Design And Research Of Digital Speed Governor Of High Power Diesel Engine

The performance of diesel engine speed governor directly determine the stability and economy of operation. Our diesel engine electronic control system development is relatively backward , research and development the digital electronic speed governor for diesel engine is imperative.In the thesis, the application of digital governor system for diesel engine is preliminary studied based on large amount experimental reseach of the limited angle brushless torque motor (LABLTM).The control strategy of position drive for torque motor is obtained from mathematical analysis of existing analog circuit of position drive module for LABLTM in this paper, and establish simulation model of motor prototype by use of MATLAB/simulink. Research on simulation analysis for control strategy of position drive for LABLTM prototype, then design and develop the digital electronic speed controller which basis on the LABLTM as implementing agencies.The control system bases on the dual-port RAM of dual-microcontroller structure, the overall completion of an electronic speed controller was designed, including system hardware and software. In this paper, software is modular in design, including speed acquisition module, motor drive control algorithm module, A / D converter module and so on.The control systems were tested on steady and dynamic performance and electronic governor's experiments. The result shows that the control systems were satisfied of the designing demand, with good performance and meeting of the simulating result. It satisfied for the demand of the electronic governor's actuator of diesel engine.Finally, the successful design for the control systems, in order to enhance our existing electronic diesel engine ,tune-Match of the realization of China's all-powerful electronic engine speed control system for the implementation of domestic laid a foundation.
