| With the development of the market economy,the construction industry is developing rapidly and occupies an important part of our national economy.However,with the emergence and development of new technologies and various technologies,the development of the construction industry has also exposed more and more problems.For example,the confusion of cost management and the waste of materials and resources,construction companies must absorb new technologies to achieve long-term sustainable development.At present,the engineering cost management work,especially the integration of engineering cost information resources,is still immature.The information communication between different subjects in different regions is not timely or cannot be circulated.The working model of engineering cost managers is obsolete,and the mining and development of engineering cost information resources are ignored.Therefore,for the stable development of the construction market,it is particularly important to integrate and integrate engineering cost information resources.This article first understands the current status and research trends of construction cost informatization construction at home and abroad through literature research,and then analyzes the construction cost information resource integration elements based on the theory of construction cost information science.In order to obtain the status quo of integration of construction cost information resources,this article searches through the Internet,telephone,official agency consultation and other channels to survey and analyze randomly selected engineering cost information network of 35 provinces and cities.Among them,the engineering example module and the new material and new technology module are relatively lacking.Based on the current status of the engineering cost information network,the problems existing in the integration of engineering cost information resources in China are discussed,and the technical and non-technical problems that cause the integration of engineering cost information resources are analyzed in detail.Finally,this paper proposes an engineering cost information resource integration system to implement resource integration,development,and utilization on the basis of an engineering cost information platform.Based on the characteristics of engineering cost knowledge and the needs of users,the structure and hierarchical structure of the engineering cost information platform were analyzed in detail.After clarifying the hierarchical structure of the engineering cost information platform,key parts at different levels were discussed,including data Integration standard and logic integration data model,design of application cost information network.Taking the XX project cost comprehensive management system as an example,the functional modules and system architecture of the comprehensive management system are analyzed.This paper provides a strong reference value and theoretical reference value for the future construction cost information resource integration construction in China. |
