Researching On Determining Energy Consumption Quota And Energy Efficiency Grade Certification System Of The Public Buildings In Wuhan

The graduate paper is working around for "Research on the energy consumption quota and energy efficiency grade of the public buildings in Wuhan". Based on energy consumption survey of more than 400 office buildings and energy audit of 118 large-scale public buildings in Wuhan area, looking up the energy consumption indicators of domestic and overseas builds, with the help of the DesignBuilder simulation software, builds the models for typical public buildings, and carries out energy consumption simulation and energy saving reformation simulation, obtains the information and energy use of the existing Wuhan public buildings, discusses existed problems for energy use of the existing Wuhan public buildings, analyses energy-saving potential and the economic benefits and ecological effects from energy saving reformation.Public building energy consumption by the correlation analysis, obtains the affecting factors of energy consumption of public buildings——use of the area, occupant density, business hours, the customer rates. According to different building function, gives energy consumption quota basic value of the unit use area of public buildings in Wuhan area, but also gives the beds indicators, business hours indicators, and business receipt indicators. And the use of equivalent time of builds operation method, combined with DesignBuilder software to analysis, gives correction coefficient of the energy consumption quota of public building energy with the intermittent operation. With energy simulation software DesignBuilder, analyzed the energy consumption indicators of public buildings in Wuhan under working conditions of saving energy or not. Due to saving energy and emissions-reduction targets, base on study of energy simulation indicators of Wuhan public buildings in the present conditions, energy-saving conditions and no energy-saving conditions, gives method to lay down the energy consumption quota of public buildings, considering multiply scientific development, operational and market-oriented, gives the unit area energy consumption quota of different building function of public buildings; the same time, gives approach to reward the use of renewable energy incentives and energy efficient systems——energy efficiency conversion coefficient, and presents contents of the public builds energy certificate and the model sample of the public builds energy certificate.
