Study On Interactive Electronic Technical Manual Of Oil Port Equipment Maintenance

Oil port plays a vital role in oil transfer, transportation and storage. To ensure the safe operation of the oil port, mechanisms for dealing with the breakdown of equipment have to be established, which are used to diagnose infancy failure and provided technical advice for sudden failure of equipments. Equipment maintenance and technical manuals provide a great deal of technical information support for equipment maintenance.Currently, type of the traditional paper-based document was adopted as equipment maintenance and technical manuals. However, the traditional paper-based information manuals have a lot of defects, such as easy to damage, hard to storage, difficult to update information of the manuals and so on. The interactive computerization technical manual (IETM) can make up for shortfall of traditional manuals and greatly improve the efficiency of equipment maintenance.The paper exampled of oil port, which proposed IETM system ideas used in oil port and discussed the IETM model based on oil port, according to the equipment operating characteristics of the oil port. And through elaborating the oil port IETM system's significance, the manufacture method, have realized the oil port IETM system example with the aid of the computer method. The main work of the paper includes:(1) Described the technical characteristics and the key technologies of IETM, including the data module production, the data storage of information.(2) Explored the production processes of IETM and combined with oil port equipment characteristics, proposed IETM system coding model based on oil port equipment, which was applied to design data module of oil port equipment IETM system.(3) Proposed idea that applied the PDA to the IETM, and made portable device and the IETM system program practical data analysis and data exchange between the PDA and WEB server of IETM.(4) Developed a set of instance based on the oil port. With the aid of the.NET platform and SQL the Server relational database, designed data retrieval, presentation, achieving the production of oil port IETM system that combined models of B/S and C/S.The research in this paper provides a more efficient information technology for the oil port, provides a solution to the traditional paper defect in the maintenance manual maintenance,, it focus on reducing costs and promoting efficiency for the oil port equipment maintenance。...
