Regulatory Detailed Planning (RDP) is the core level and important bases of planning and managing land use, unit RDP focuses on the control of land use gross. Presently, research on the relations of land use and traffic emphasize on the spatial layout influence and traffic impact analysis, but slightly paid attention to RDP, especially the coordinative relations of land use and traffic for unit RDP. The thesis analyzes the coordinative planning of land use and traffic, which is on the foundation of relations of land use and traffic in RDP, and sets up the quantified evaluation model. The study is useful for RDP in planning and management.The thesis, beginning with the comprehension of the indexes of land use and traffic in RDP, on one hand, analyzing the influence of traffic in land use from the traffic nature of land use and the influence of traffic with the Floor Area Ratio (FAR) which is the major index of land use intensity; on the other hand, analyzing the restriction of land use intensity in traffic from the traffic bearing on land use intensity and the traffic impact on land use planning.Secondly, with analyzing the background of unit RDP and the domestic and foreign relevant concepts of unit and combining with the unit RDP in Handan, the thesis summarizes the function of the unit RDP, and analyzes the problem of RDP in land use and traffic planning from two sides. With the thinking from two sides, it is necessary to coordinate the relations of land use and traffic in planning and indexes quantified research.Then, according to the analysis on the relations of land use and traffic in RDP and the main function of unit RDP on the control of land use gross, the thesis deduces the function between Floor Area Ratio (FAR) and road net Level of Service (LOS), and sets up the quantified evaluation theoretical models, which are models of coordinative level of land use and traffic, intensity level of land use, marginal traffic impact.Finally, with the background of unit RDP in Handan, the thesis takes management unit FX05 of Handan as an example, appraises the coordinative level of land use and road planning, intensity level of land use, and analyzes the marginal impact on traffic with the adjustment of the land use plan. It is practical application of studying coordinative relations of urban land use and traffic for unit RDP.
