Regulatory Detailed Planning (RDP) is the most direct tool for the government to control and guide the city's land development. The determination of index on traditional RDP block-based are so rigid, which does not adapt the market and lead to a large number of planning indicators of adjustment. What is more, the control of the RDP is too wide which lack of relevance. It used the same control standards and depth for different regions and different stages of urban development, which result in lack of flexibility inherently and can not adapt to the development of uncertainty. In response to these problems, we study on the traffic index under the new idea of unit level of RDP. Firstly, the thesis analyze the problems of parking index, bus station in the traditional traffic index of RDP; describe the relevant theory of the unit level of RDP. Secondly, study on traffic index in the unit level of RDP, establish a traffic index system based on the comprehensive dynamic equilibrium control of the regulatory unit and management unit. Then, in view of the current planning and management related indexes to the level of implementation of quantitative research is still quite lacking, the thesis study on the indexes in the level of regulatory unit quantitatively; establish an improved public transportation split rate model and propose the method of parking index of classification control; and a further qualitative study on the indexes in the level of the management unit. Finally, the thesis take the RDP of Handan City as an example;verify the feasibility of the quantitative calculations and qualitative analysis;establish an integrated traffic index system in the unit level of RDP; form a more rational coordination mechanism of transport indexes and land-use;improve the operability and manageability of indexes, compensate the shortcomings and deficiencies of the past traffic indexes; provide the necessary theory and methodological support, for the in-depth study of traffic indexes in the unit level of regulatory detailed planning.
