With the rapid development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard, the number of cars is rising perpendicularly , and it has become an inevitable trend that cars come into families. Meanwhile, the difficulty for parking in cities has gradually become a difficult problem to be solved urgently. Mechanical Parking's biggest advantage is saving space and making the maximum use of the space, which is an effective means to solve the shortage of land and ease the difficulty of parking. Therefore, it is of great significance to study on operation optimization programs and how to further enhance the Intelligent of control system. In this article, Trans Elevator Mechanical Parking, one of ten types of parking, was designed.The following work was completed based on control system and line optimization. Firstly, aim at the problem of the existing low level of the control system in parking, a set of overall program of the intelligent Trans Elevator Mechanical Parking was designed. Secondly, Dual CPU core of TI's TMS320LF2407A DSP and Siemens, S7-300 series PLC of the Trans Elevator Mechanical Parking control system were used to design the DSP and PLC control system respectively.Thirdly, he queuing theory was studied, M/D/1 queuing model which fitted Trans Elevator Mechanical Parking was put forward, and the model was analyzed. In addition, affecting factors (the average total time of vehicles entering and leaving parking, the arrangement of parking units (height, roadway number) and the storage capacity) and three parking strategies were simulated. According to the simulation results, the design was optimized.Fourthly, In order to improve operational efficiency , researched on main components of the garage ,the elevator drive and the mean of deposit/withdraw were determined, and parking units, parking boards, deposit/withdrawing and security mechanisms were designed in detail. Finally, software development platform Delphi and back-office database oracle were selected and developed the management system of Trans Elevator Mechanical Parking. Major components and humanizing interface function of each module were specifically introduced, and the use of opt imization strategy on simulation of deposit/withdrawing route in manage ment syste m was as well.
