| Lightning disaster is one of the natural disasters of intelligent residential buildings. The building density in residential community is large, and intelligent system connect each other, so lightning disasters will cause a wide range of service fault and even loss of service ability. The application of microelectronics technology presents that the intelligent systems are more volunable to lightning damage. From individual resident analysis, because of its fight risk ability is limited, once suffered from lightning, it will often bring about great economic losses and bad social effect. Based on the Shanghai LanJun intelligent residential arrange gallop example, study of intelligent residential environment, subsquently of hazard-formative factors, bearer specification partition, using different research on risk assessment methods reducing lightning damage.This paper first introduces related parameters and properties of lightning and shows its calculation method or the typical values. Using the Shanghai 38a thunderstorm data and 2009-2010 Shanghai lightning detection data, the thunderstorm characteristics of climate change and spatio-temporal distribution in Shanghai are studied by means of mathematical statistics and wavelet analysis. The results show that the Shanghai thunderstorm 1971-2008 is reduced, but exist of thunderstorm slant and partial less period cycle. In Shanghai, most thunderstorms days are in June to September,especially in August. And the top values of thunderstorm appeared from 16:00 to 17:00.According to the analysis of density distribution features of lightning and flash, the economic development, rough degree and lightning strike disaster in Shanghai underlying surface have direct proportional relation, to the lightning density. That is the areas where have crowed buildings.large population,or lightning disasters also have big lightning density.Referring to the current intelligent residential structure, function distribution and personnel characteristics, and using the weight sum method which can calculate the vulnerability degree in different areas, this paper presents the specification partitions of intelligent residential staff,bulidings, and intelligent systems which are caused by lightning strokes, using buildings zoning, the difference of the risk weight calculated, the lightning risk the whole village as well as all kinds of physical characteristics of buildings are finally gained. Based on the example, the residential zoning and assess the risk of lightning maneuverability are presented, and the approaches of reducing the risk of lightning are demonstrated. |
