| With the rapid development of the auto industry, car checking fixture plays an important role in the detection. So it is an urgent need to improve the production efficiency and testing quality of the checking fixture through the technical auxiliary planning.The facility layout optimization design was discussed on the basis of a car checking fixture enterprise in this paper. Firstly, combined with domestic and foreign research results and the trend of development in the world, the facility layout theory was elaborated and the basic elements and the implement process of SLP were introduced on emphasis in facility layout. Then the SLP method was applied to arrange the workshops of a car checking fixture enterprise, and two layout schemes were put forward. The method of Weight-factor Assessment and Equivalent Flow Capacity were used to evaluate the layout and the result of analysis showed that plan-two was the better plan. Secondly, the Petri Net modeling and simulation method of logistics was studied and the Petri Net model of a car checking fixture enterprise was built. The result of the analysis proved that the Petri Net model was live and none self-locked and it was conducive to use software emulation on a car checking fixture enterprise. Finally, the three-dimensional simulation software Flexsim was considered. One of the production lines of machine workshop was chosen to be the research object and logistics simulation software of Flexsim3.0 was used to simulate a production line. Then professional knowledge was used to improve the production line layout. The result of the simulation showed that the improved production line was rational and it can be applied to actual production. Through the research, it can provide guidance to the same enterprises on the facility layout. |
