At present,in the situation of comprehensive energy conservation and emission reduction, green construction as an important stage in the life cycle of building, is to realize the construction field resource conservation and the key link of energy conservation and emissions reduction, but the actual promotion process is slow. The main reason is lack fixed assessment System for Green Construction.Although, the research of green construction evaluation system had much, but most is used the same set of evaluation system, it hard to apply to different types of construction. Considering the different areas and various building types on the influence of green construction evaluation system, finally established a set of on the Green Construction assessment index system of the extant building in Xi'an.Second is the renovation of the extant buildings in xi'an region green construction evaluation system uses the method choice.First introduced based on ANP of M/L pointrating method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of basic theory and steps, and then combining case respectively two methods, concrete application of the two methods to last through the analysis of the evaluation results advantages and disadvantages and compare integratedly, finally choosing fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the ultimate method of the Green Construction assessment index system of the extant building in xi'an.The result of Research on the Green Construction assessment index system of the extant building in xi'an, hope for the green construction evaluation theory system consummation provides contribution.In future, xi'an and other areas research about green construction assessment system, above research results could offer some valuable experience. Meanwhile, it has a positive practical siginificance to achieve the development of building.
