With the increase of the population and the rapid development of the economy, to accelerate the pace of China’s urbanization, the construction industry also has a vigorous growth. As the scale of construction industry has kept expanding and the structure has been optimized continuously, the construction industry has become one of the main pillars of our economy.However, while stimulating the national economy, the construction industry also comes with a lot of waste of resources and environmental pollution, which deviates from the strategy called sustainable-development in our country. To solve the contradiction between the two aspects, the concept of green building must be introduced and the awareness of green building must be fostered. In addition, the construction management model must be researched.All the above is to satisfy the requirements of "Energy Saving, Land Saving, Water Saving, Material Saving, Environmental Protection"(Four saving and one environmental protection).With reference to the principles and standards of green building at home and abroad, this paper first presents the definition of green building and focus on the aspects of construction technology and construction management for green construction to conduct in-depth discussions. Then specifically addresses three aspects of green construction,.that is, materials for energy-saving building, clean production, as well as safe and civilized management. This paper uses the specific example of green construction to introduce the implementation of green construction in China, which can explain the problems existing in the China’s green construction with the development situation and the coping strategy.Secondly, from the aspects of evaluation object, evaluation content, standards of grading and so on, this paper analyses several comparison of the influential assessment tools for green building at home and abroad. Then, seeking a evaluation system for green construction,which cater for the practical situation of our country. This article will comprehensively utilize the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method engineering examples to analyze and give the evaluation in grades. Then, this article determines the assessment grade for green construction and use examples to prove its feasibility.
