Taking Beijing As An Example Of Government Action Against Companies Involved In Cultural Heritage Protection And Development

The late 20th century to the early 21st century, transformation of the old city of Constructing Cities become the subject of a lot of great historical and cultural value of the old city, the building disappeared in the reconstruction. Movers Real Estate Companies of the times, played in this round of building an important role, while the large-scale urban construction, social issues brought to the real estate business had attracted much criticism, but of society brought about by urban development the root of the problem, the problem is generated can be found in many aspects, to remove the factors of real estate itself, the Government has played an important role in behavior. This paper from the behavior of the enterprises to participate in the perspective of the historical and cultural heritage protection and the influence factors emerged.This article relies on the State Council Development Research Center, "Old Beijing research topics within the rebuilding of old housing," the research platform, with the principal subject of the Beijing Capital Development Holding ------ (Group) Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Beijing YUE Industrial Co., Ltd. in-depth cooperation, as well as promulgated since the founding of the Beijing Municipal Government on the protection and rebuilding of old housing in the Old City policies and regulations to sort out, combined with the real estate business development process and market behavior were reviewed. Carding and historical data on the basis of summing up by comparing the analysis and case studies, as well as cross-cutting issues among the analysis, we can roughly see that Beijing 60 years old building and the protection problems and issues behind the deep seated reasons. Lessons learned by comparison with foreign, from the perspective of enterprises to participate in exploration of government policies created to protect the role of the old city, and focus on the analysis of land, tax policy on corporate participation. Finally, the article based on the analysis of the issues the author raised a number of acts of government regulation of their enterprises to participate in the old city construction and protection.
