A Study On Land Allocation For Recreation And Recreation Utility In Urban Fringe

With the improvement of the social and economic situation, as well as the rapid development of the urbanization in our country, China is entering an age of recreation. On the one hand, as the changes of people's conception of urban recreation and the deficiency of the open space in style and quantity in the inner city, the urban fringe is becoming the best choice for the development of open space. On the other hand, the rapid expansion of urban areas caused a variety of problems in the area of the urban fringe, which lead to many difficulties during the construction of open space. So the construction of recreation space in urban fringe is inevitable and necessary. How to protect the natural environment and cultural resources in the area of urban fringe from being damaged and destroyed, and how to fully meet recreational needs of the people and realize maximization of recreational value on the basis of protection are the two major problems we have to face in the study and construction of open space in urban fringe area——they are also the problems I want to solve through research in the present thesis.Based on the theories and past research at home and abroad in this field, as well as the analysis on the present construction of the recreation space in our country, the present thesis will carry out its research from the two respects——land allocation and recreational utility of the open space in urban fringe area. With related theories in the disciplines such as urban planning, landscape ecology, open space science, environmental behavior, economics and others as the theoretical guidance, this thesis made deep research on such issues as the types of classification and the ideal configuration patterns of the recreation space, the influential factors about land allocation for recreation, a reasonable allocation principles and layout, the construction of the recreation utility model and evaluation index system and other research contents. And it drew the corresponding conclusion and research achievement. Finally, this thesis took the overall planning of Ling Dong district ecological tourism area in Tie Ling city as the example for a preliminary study in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for the design. Therefore it confirmed the rationality and feasibility of the research results.
