This paper introduces the design and implementation of a data acquisition system for LED lighting products. Illumination performance is one of the important parameters of lighting products, which reflects the brightness of the lighting products with the time decay. In order to achieve illumination performance testing of LED lighting products and need to brightness data with illuminance meter measuring equipment of LED products, and record the daily test data, at last the illumination performance parameters of the products are obtained through the processing of large amounts of data. In practical measurement, for the LED lighting products of large quantities of data reading, recording and subsequent data processing is very labor intensive and each of the reading operation, due to the human operator (illuminance meter equipment from the product distance, each illuminance meter equipment placement etc.) will affect the data consistency and accuracy. The LED lighting products illumination performance data acquisition system, can realize illumination data automatic acquisition, local storage and processing and by wired network and GPRS wireless network to realize data reporting and sharing, the system uses distributed structure, through the 485 wire bus to achieve multiple product testing network, the network function of multiple test origin by ZigBee Wireless network to achieve.LED lighting product illumination performance data acquisition system is composed of data acquisition terminal and ZigBee data gateway. The data acquisition terminal comprises an illumination data acquisition node, an electric energy data acquisition node and a ZigBee wireless data reading module. Illuminance data acquisition node is installed in product testing, to achieve the illuminance data acquisition of the LED lighting products, guarantee the consistency of the data each time the read position; electric energy data acquisition node to realize product testing position to be measured products of electric energy data reading; ZigBee wireless data read from module through 485 field bus read illuminance data acquisition node, electrical can node data collection of data, and the merits and demerits of ZigBee wireless network will read the data uploaded to the ZigBee gateway, each ZigBee wireless data read module supports a maximum of 12 product test data.ZigBee data gateway to achieve the automatic acquisition of data acquisition and control, data local storage and processing, ZigBee network data to Internet network data forwarding. ZigBee data gateway by ARM9 core board, ZigBee wireless communication module, GPRS wireless communication module, running the Linux operating system and SQLite database on the ARM9 processor, in response to the remote operating instructions, the operation parameters of the test products achieve testing of different products on the information, illuminance data acquisition acquisition time, collection interval configuration support acquisition data reporting, on-line automatic supplementary historical data and remote program upgrade function.
