Under the conditions of information warfare, the campaign of air defense is faced with the challenges of air-raid which is high-intensity, high-precision, multi-model integration, comprehensive. Air defense missile weapon system, which is the most important part of air defense campaign, emphasizes integrated combat capability more and more. And the influential relationships of capability indexes are close, complex, dynamic. The capability change of one combat unit may affect others. Then it affects the integrated combat capability and influences the completion of air defense campaign. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the influential relationships of combat capabilities quantitatively, then looking for key indexes and evaluating air defense combat capability based on influential relationships, which afford valid decision-making warrant to the improvement of the integrated combat capability of air defense missile weapon system.This thesis mostly surrounds the research about the influential relationships of combat capabilities of air defense missile weapon system. Firstly, the combat capability index system of air defense missile weapon system based on influential relationships has been built. According to the analysis of concept, sort, framework, combat mode, which are the contents of air defense missile weapon system, the corresponding relationship of combat task, combat activity and combat capability has been analyzed deeply. And the process and influential flow has been used to describe the combat process of air defense missile weapon system. The process flow and information flow of combat activities has been reflected combat capabilities and their influential relationships. Henceforth, the capability index system which reflects the influential relationships clearly could be established.Secondly, aiming to the trait of being close, complex, uncertain and dynamic of influential relationships of combat capabilities, an analytic method of combat capability based on probability influence diagram has been used in this thesis. On the basis of combat capability index system, the method which estimating capability probability based on combat activities probability has been designed. And then the probability influence diagram of air defense missile weapon system based on object oriented method has been built up. In the end, the identical change rules, such as deleting reduancy nodes, arc overturning, have been used on the probability illation. So the influential relationships of combat capabilities have been analyzed quantitatively. For example, the air defense missile weapon system of tactical PAC-3 has been analyzed and the results show the validity and rationality of the research method.Lastly, the evaluating method of combat capability of air defense missile weapon system based on influential relationships has been brought forward. On the basis of quantitative analysis of influential relationships of combat capabilities, one method which can ascertains influential weight of combat capability has been put forward. And concrete calculating process has been designed. At the same time, the AHP method has been used to ascertain the comparative weight of combat capability. So the combat capability of air defense missile weapon system could be evaluated. And the capability change of system based on the change of influential relationships could be analyzed. One example has been validated based on this method. And the results show that the method is feasible.
