At present,in the process of road maintenance,the cleaning operation of milling scraps on the milling surface is still mainly done by manual work.It occupies a large amount of manpower and has low cleaning efficiency,thus affecting the construction progress,prolonging the time for the restoration of traffic,and it is difficult to guarantee the quality of cleaning.Although some manufacturers have developed sweepers for engineering operations,they have low automation and intelligence for special operating environments,and require a high level of driver skill and attention.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to develop an engineering sweeper with high efficiency and high reliability and a certain degree of intelligence.This article takes the single-engine sweeper designed jointly by Chang'an University and a domestic company as the main research object,and intelligent research and design are carried out based on the detailed analysis of its working principle and various systems.This intelligent design mainly includes two parts: the design of intelligent monitoring and diagnosis system and the design of intelligent control system.In the design of the intelligent monitoring and diagnosis system,the author performed signal analysis and selection of monitoring parameters on the main parts of the sweeper and then collected the signals of the selected characteristic parameters.Several kinds of intelligent diagnosis methods are analyzed and compared,and the method combining BP neural network and expert system is selected and used in the fault diagnosis of the whole vehicle.And then verify the feasibility of this method with the example of the fault diagnosis in traveling hydraulic system.In the design of the intelligent control system,several important parts of the sweeper are selected to formulate the intelligent control plan,and then design the hardware and software parts of the sweeper's electronic control system,including the selection of the controller,the configuration of the control unit,the wiring of the electronic control system,the design of the software program and so on.Finally,the online configuration simulation of the touch screen and PLC is performed to verify that they all meet the control requirements of the sweeper.
