Ecological Technologies Applied Research Of Residential Buildings In The New District Of Wenzhou Region

Based on the research and analysis of eco-technology of the residential building in new district of Wen Zhou area, with the backboard of the large-scale progress in urbanization of our Motherland, the dissertation for Engineering Master tries to explore a road for the eco-technogoly of residential buildings that can be combined with the actual conditions in China and the localized development, and achieve comprehensive, regional, and diversification of innovation of the related technology, and then seek for how to implant the eco-technology of residential building in the new district planning that has been completed, verificate the enforceability of the residential buildings in the new district of city, and research the inherent regularity in the application and strategy of eco-technology, regional planning, architecture design, materials and equipment selection, construction, maintenance, and management system.With the purpose as the above, the dissertation combines the current research of eco-planning of Riverside Business District in WenZhou with the context of asking questions, comparing the problem, and ultimately sloving it, deeply compares and analyzes the current conditions of the residential buildings in the new district of city from different angles and levels, and then dissects the problem in low, medium and high technical level, and proposes the appropriate soluitions, and sorts out the ins and outs of the relationship to adapt to the urban development.On the basis, the dissertation returns to the application example of the eco-technology in Peach Blossom Island Residential Area, Riverside Business District, WenZhou. With the research resultes of my practice and the traditional houses of Wenzhou area, the passage illustrates and interpretates intensively the application of relevant technologies from various aspects, further analyizes the development trends and characteristics of the residential buildings in the new districts of current cities from China to abroad with the language of instances. Thereby, it answers the question comprehensively and thoroughly, and achieves the original purpose and the practical significance of exploraing and researching the eco-technology of residential building in the new district of city, and contributes to the theory and practice in some extents for deepening the protection of urban eco-environment and promoting the low carbon life, low carbon economy in the living environment.
