BIPV power is the rise in recent years in the country, by the people concerned,and after a large number of academic, research began to be applied to green buildingamong a clean energy. Since the2010Shanghai World Expo, building integratedphotovoltaic power generation technology for the first time in front of a large-scaleshow to the people, and by the media, and vigorously promote the people’s attention,this will be the rapid development of clean energy in the country. However,implementation of innovative technologies, changes in consumer thinking and otherissues related to subsidies to some extent hindered the development of this field. Onlyin a building volume accounted for most of the residential buildings widely appliedBIPV to be able to maximize the economic benefits of BIPV, environmental benefitsand social benefits.economics perspective, the actual project as an example of the residential areaBIPV economic and environmental benefits in residential construction projects wereestimated by comparing BIPV residential buildings with conventional energygeneration analysis Description efficiency advantages of its existence, provide astrong theoretical basis for its wide application in future residential projects.Combined with green building-related information, learn from the world’s BIPVindustry experience of more advanced countries, China put forward ideas andsuggestions for the next residential buildings as well as the use of BIPV improvingefficiency, achieve close integration of theory and practice promote the developmentof the industry practice effect.This paper entitled " Clean Energy Benefit residential construction estimates-inBIPV for example," is divided into six chapters, the main research work and reads asfollows:The first chapter, the background and significance of residential buildingsBIPV, analyzes the construction of residential pollution, energy consumption and therise and development of BIPV process in our country, explained the significance of itsapplication in residential buildings.The second chapter of BIPV in the residential building usage, introduced thetechnology in our overview of residential buildings, as well as components ofphotovoltaic panels introduced in the BIPV integrated mode as well as the mode ofadvantages and disadvantages.Chapter three, residential buildings using BIPV benefit estimates, the part ofthe focus of this paper, respectively, from the economic, environmental and socialpoint of view, the actual residential community project as a basis for photovoltaicbuilding renovation program and in existing buildings, based on data on theeffectiveness of rehabilitation programs to calculate the PV comparison shows BIPVreflected throughout the civil economic, environmental and social benefits advantage.The fourth chapter of BIPV in residential building usage is not high, lowefficiency reasons, from a different point of view of China’s current civil impedimentsBIPV technology adoption.
