Progress Management And Risk Analysis Of Water Conservancy Project Construction

Water conservancy project construction progress control is a very important work of hydraulic engineering construction management. It includes control in water conservancy project construction organization and construction progress schedule control in the process of planning, and the construction progress control of the project implementation process.This paper studies the schedule control on the stage of construction organization design, analysis of risk factors that affect the construction progress,and put forward measures of reducing the risk of schedule plan.Research on the risk control of the preparation of construction schedule mainly analyzes the construction conditions which including hydrology, meteorology, geology, construction environment,and the impact of risk factors such as space position, and according to these risks, make detailed and careful arrangement in the allocation of resources, people, material, machine construction method.In the implementation of the project risk control research, the variability of construction condition, the limit of the construction enterprise level, the coordination of supervision work, adequacy of the work of the owner make a certain influence on water conservancy project construction schedule control. So, in the specified conditions, construction schedule has great risk.To analysis of the construction conditions scientifically, and specify the relevant risk countermeasures have a great significant in the control of construction progress.In this paper, the main research contents and results are as follows:(1) Explains the relationship between water conservancy project construction organization design and project schedule control, from the perspective of construction organization design, analyzes the influential elements of the project construction schedule control.(2) The risk is defined according to the characteristics of process control; analysis of the relationship between the various factors in the control of construction schedule.(3) Take Wanbao shiplock engineering as an example to analysis the engineering construction schedule risk, illustrates the great function and significance while progress control is introduced the risk analysis, and make ensure the effective progress control.
