As the focus of dam construction in recent years,asphalt concrete core wall dams have developed rapidly and are widely used.However,compared with other dam types,the core wall dam process is more special and complicated,and the requirements in all aspects are also stricter,which makes the core wall dam more susceptible during the construction process.There are many factors that affect the construction schedule,which adds a lot of difficulty to schedule management.The study of asphalt concrete core wall dam construction schedule management combines traditional construction schedule management theories and methods with BIM technology to analyze the risk factors in the construction and scientifically regulate the risks,thereby improving the overall schedule management level.In view of the shortcomings in the current application of BIM technology,a core wall dam project is taken as an example to discuss how BIM technology can achieve dynamic management of progress.The main research conclusions and results of this article are as follows:(1)According to the theory and method of schedule management,schedule planning and construction organization design are prepared.Taking a certain project as an example,the planned construction period is 1351 days;the PERT method is used for optimization,and the maximum duration range corresponding to 55%is 608 to 2094 days.In view of the problems existing in the technical application at this stage,the practical value of BIM applied to the progress management of asphalt concrete core wall dam is analyzed and summarized,the mutual relationship and important significance between the two are explained,and the theoretical foundation is laid;There are some deficiencies in the application of schedule management,indicating the research direction for the following;(2)A combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risk factors that affect the progress is used to calculate the weight of the risk,and the risk impact level is ranked.The analysis shows that the technical risk has the greatest impact on the progress,followed by the quality risk;perform risk rating and division of responsible persons,and take corresponding measures for risks;for personnel factor analysis,personnel management combines psychology,economics and management principles to improve the scientificity and efficiency of personnel management;(3)Research on dynamic schedule management based on BIM,first of all,establish a risk-period model for actual schedule forecast,and use three economic mathematical models for actual schedule estimation;then study the dynamic management framework for construction schedule based on BIM,and explain how to achieve the dynamic management of progress,including:the method and process of BIM technology to achieve construction progress management,implementation framework and dynamic adjustment analysis.Through research,the risk factors that affect the schedule will be converted into the possible delays caused by this factor,so that the project can estimate the impact of various risk factors,and then dynamically adjust the schedule and improve the reliability of the schedule plan;(4)Apply BIM to model and analyze engineering examples.On the basis of the BIM model,conduct progress management,schedule optimization and dynamic control analysis,combined with personnel factors and HSE management,analyze and investigate risks,and ensure the safety of personnel construction environment;hope to continuously improve the management level through the application of BIM technology,committed to realize intelligent construction schedule management based on BIM.
