| With the rapid progress of our national economy and society,fast and convenient transportation has gradually become the driving force to promote the sustainable progress of national economy and society.Because of its ability to cross the Strait terrain,cross-strait bridge has the advantage of significantly improving cross-strait exchanges and integration,which has been in the stage of vigorous construction in China.However,due to the outstanding characteristics of the construction of the cross sea bridge,such as large total investment scale,bad natural environment in the construction area,high difficulty in construction technology and construction organization and management,it often faces many schedule risk factors in the construction process,and often delays the construction period.Therefore,how to systematically evaluate the construction schedule risk of the cross sea bridge project and put forward the targeted schedule control measures to ensure the smooth and timely completion of the cross sea bridge project has gradually become the research direction of the cross sea bridge construction schedule risk.Based on the research background of the construction schedule management of the cross sea bridge,this paper puts forward the PRN evaluation index of the construction schedule of the cross sea bridge,and constructs the risk evaluation model of the construction schedule of the cross sea bridge.The main research contents are as follows:(1)With the rapid development of bridge construction in China,there are many cases of large-scale sea crossing bridge project delayed completion.Based on this,this paper summarizes the research status of project schedule management at home and abroad,and puts forward the research ideas and methods of cross sea bridge construction schedule risk management.(2)On the one hand,the construction of cross sea bridge has the characteristics of bad natural environment in the construction area,high difficulty in construction technology and construction organization,on the other hand,the construction schedule of cross sea bridge has the characteristics of high relevance,strong coupling and uncertainty,which makes the construction schedule management of cross sea bridge different from that of land bridge.(3)Research on risk evaluation index system of construction schedule of cross sea bridge project.According to the analysis of the risk characteristics of the construction progress of the cross sea bridge,the PRN risk evaluation index system of the construction progress of the cross sea bridge is put forward from the three aspects of human factors,resource factors and natural factors.The evaluation index system has the advantages of comprehensiveness,reliability and accuracy.(4)The PRN evaluation model of construction progress of cross sea bridge is constructed.Based on the WBS-RBS method,the WBS-RBS matrix is coupled to establish the PRN risk identification model of the construction schedule of the cross sea bridge.On the basis of WBS-RBS matrix risk measurement,this paper establishes a quantitative evaluation model of construction units,calculates the progress risk value of each construction unit quantitatively by using analytic hierarchy process,and evaluates the risk level of construction progress;establishes a comprehensive evaluation model of construction progress risk,and evaluates the risk level of construction progress of cross sea bridge project as a whole by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.(5)Application and discussion of PRN evaluation model for construction progress of cross sea bridge project.The evaluation model is successfully applied to Pingtan Strait highway and railway bridge,and the evaluation results are basically consistent with the actual case progress management,which verifies the feasibility and effectiveness of the construction progress risk evaluation model in this paper. |
