| Executive meeting of the State Council considered and adopted the “Guidance on the development of fabricated building” in 2016,the guiding opinions clearly suggest that the general contract mode should be adopted in developing fabricated building in principle,meanwhile putting forward clear requirement for how to carry out “general contracting”,it puts forward a clear direction and implementation path for the fabricated building management model.The fabricated building itself has the characteristics of "advance of technology and preposition of management".Therefore,whether the policy guidance or the characteristics of the fabricated building itself determines that only by implementing the EPC general contracting mode can we better connect the building process of the fabricated building to a whole,maximizing the advantages of the fabricated building.In the EPC mode,on the one hand,the project general contractor will get the largest autonomy and authority of project management,which is beneficial to bring the advantages of project management into full play.But on the other hand,when the owner abandonment of the project control right,he also transfers most of the risk to the general contractor.Therefore,in the EPC model,the project management of the general contractor will face more uncertainty,and higher requirements for their project management ability.As one of the main contents of project management,construction progress management will also face great challenges and the risk of delay in progress.This is not only determined by the indeterminate internal and external environment of the project itself but also the risk element of construction progress are very wide,involving the multiple stages of design,procurement,and construction.At the same time,there is a significant difference in risk factors between fabricated building projects and general traditional projects,such as the production and installation efficiency of PC components.In addition,due to the fact that the fabricated building project management is not mature enough at the present stage,complex internal and external environment of the specific projects and the long construction cycle,this makes the universal connection and dynamic characteristics of the construction progress risk more prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to intensive research construction schedule risk control of prefabricated housing project in EPC mode in this background.In this paper,literature analysis,expert interview research method are used to make a thorough and detailed study of construction schedule risk control of prefabricated housing project in EPC mode.Concretely,the formation mechanism of the construction schedule risk of the fabricated building is studied,using the method of literature analysis and typical case analysis to distinguish the schedule risk list,According to the schedule risk list and complex network theory to establish schedule risk theory network mode,The structural equation model is used to make an empirical analysis on the schedule risk theory network mode.Through the empirical analysis of the model,the key construction progress risk chain are identified,And based on the perspective of key schedule risk chain blocking,the specific strategies for controlling construction schedule risk are proposed for general contractor.Through in-depth research on construction schedule risk control of of prefabricated housing project in EPC mode,this paper will help general contractors to understand the construction schedule risk generation mechanism scientifically and deeply,scientifically formulate schedule risk control strategy and improve the efficiency of construction schedule risk management.This has important reference to ensure the achievement of project schedule objectives,completing the requirements of owners,improving the profit of engineering contracting,and promoting the development of engineering practice in the prefabricated housing industry. |
