Study On The Relationship Between Individual Characteristics And Safety Performance Of Employees In Construction Enterprises

With the speeding up of urbanization in our country, the construction industry obtained rapid development. As a key development industry in China, the construction industry is meaningful to the economic development of China, the improvement of people’s livelihood and employment, but at the same time, construction safety problems also caused huge losses of lives and property to the country, as people have been the focus of attention and research.Since the 1970 s, people began to gradually realize the "people" is a kind of resources, what the difference with other resources is that "people" is the main body in all transactions, which is initiative, potential, and extremely complex. Therefore, this paper tries to explore the influence factors of construction enterprise safety problems from the perspective of the people, mainly introduced the individual characteristic factors to people’s physical, psychological and behavioral measure, at the same time to introduce the safety performance of construction enterprise construction safety measure, and to study the relationship between them with the structural equation model.This research mainly divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction part, which elaborated the research background, significance, the related literature summary and the structure of the article in this paper; The second chapter is for the summary of relevant theories, mainly expounds the connotation of safety performance, then define the definition of its in the article, at the same time the structure equation model are introduced, including principle, steps, etc.; The third chapter is mainly on the research of the related literature and the building of measure indicators about individual characteristic factors and security performance, mainly including the unsafe factors of building recognition, the influence factors of safety performance analysis and individual characteristic factors and the establishment of the safety performance of each index, etc.; The fourth chapter is mainly based on SEM to establish the relationship model of construction enterprise employees’individual characteristic factors and the construction of safety performance, according to the indicators of individual characteristic factors and the safety performance, this chapter designed the questionnaire, and went on the specific investigation, at the same time analyzed the questionnaire data with SPSS, and then combined with the principle of structural equation model to establish the relationship model with AMOS, as well as the validation and modify, eventually to determine the model, in which way,it is concluded the relationship within each index of individual characteristic factors and safety performance; The fifth chapter put forward some suggestions for the improvement of safety performance mainly on the relationship between the individual characteristic factors and safety performance, in combination with the practical situation of construction enterprise, Chapter vi is for the conclusion, mainly to illustrate the achievements and the deficiencies in the whole article.
