Spectrum is a kind of map, this map is made up of series of monochromatic light,and this monochromatic light is formed from decomposition of the polychromatic light. At present, It is a powerful tools and widely applied to studying on the chemical components of the material. In recently, with the development of science and technology,thanks for the spectrograph, it provides a good solution for material study. It’s application scope covers some kinds of fields science, such as pharmaceutical, chemistry, geology, physics and astronomy, etc. Due to shoddy product exiting, such as adulterated wine, fake milk powder,etc.These situations frequently. An easy and Convenient instrument for analysis material is become more and more necessary in people’s life,the spectrograph has these advantages so it is gradually entering the civil market.This paper using the UV visible spectrum system as the research object, and using ARM embedded system development technology design man-machine interface of portable UV visible spectrum acquisition system, to meet the operation simple and portable use requirements.This paper mainly carried on the hereinafter several aspects of research work:Refer to a large number of information, literature, and introduce the trend of spectral instruments, and the prospect of portable spectrograph;Reference TQ2440 development board structure, as the experiment need we cut hardware circuit, and designed the S3C2440 circuit board. And the same time this paper introduced the system’s hardware structure, function and connection;Refer to the current relatively popular in the bootloader, Linux, root file system, and GUI strategy, customize a uboot, μC/OS-Ⅱ, μC/FS, μC/GUI way to develop and further study;Refer to μC/FS, μC/GUI user manual and specific instance, write spectrum acquisition system of the upper software as human-computer interface, and realize the development of the portable uv-vis spectrometer.
