A Study On The Legal Problems Of Water Resources Protection In Southeast Guizhou Province

Qiandongnan Miao & Dong Autonomous Prefecture, located in the southeast of Guizhou Province, is about 2900 rivers.The area has mild climate,abundant rainfall,a large amount of surface water and groundwater resources.Water resources as an important strategic resources in Qiandongnan Autonomous Prefecture, has a great significance for local economic and social development.The protection of water resources as an important part of environmental protection,plays a vital role for the local ecological civilization construction.However,due to seek economic development,the protection of water resources has been many problems in 4 aspects of legislative,judicial,law enforcement, law-abiding.According to the problems of water resources protecting which we found,we have proposed some suggestions about 4 aspects of legislative, judicial, law enforcement, law-abiding.This paper studies the legal status of water resources protection through surveys, systematic analysis of existing laws and regulations.
