| The paper researches economic function factors influencing technology policy, measures, plants and economic results of road construction and analyses and forms models for these indexes. This project observes and surveys on site and investigates thousands of data on base of road construction, traffic engineering, road transportation, transportation economy and relative relationship among them. For the first time it presents overall road technological economy indexes tally with traffic features and the conditions of our country and sets models for these indexes according to scientific analyze and proof. It contains road traffic capacity, road transportation ability, road transportation measures, road construction, volume of traffic and transportation forecasting, etc. The technological & economic indexes and models presented in this paper can be used study road mass plant, feasibility study of road project, delayed assess of road project, technological & economic policy study of road project, road technology standard study, road improvement strategy study, road economic problem study as well as supplement and improvement of parameters in old standard. So results of the project are of importance for road construction in our province even in our country.
