A Study On Optimal Utilization Of Water Resources With Macro-economy Strategy For Ejina Banner

Water resources are very important resources for developing the economy of Ejina Banner. Now, the sustainable development of economy was restricted strictly by water resources which can' t meet the' demands of the users. It is a best way for reaching the targets of "Tenth -ar"~ and perspective 2010 year' , planning to use water resources optimally . First of all, the main structures of economy development were determinated by Macro-Economy model based on water resources available in Ejina Banner and on the west developing Strategies of Alarshan Prefecture. The second, the scientific water resources allocation schemes under water supply with low level probability-, average level probability and high level probability which was given by Gansu-Inner Mongolia water distributing plan was made by multi-objectives programming model subjected by demands for main structures of developing economy were met.The optimal water allocation scheme implemented was selected by AHP technique at the last step of this thesis.
