Then it marks out the operation mode of Beijing highway developing corporation. Based on the actual operation data before 1998, it estimates the funds requirement and analyses the benefits in the next 7 years. Finally, it discusses the difficulties and their corresponding countermeasures, suggestions and advices for the solutions are also brought forward.
