This theme is on the basis of analyzing the economic conditions on 100 MW generating units belonging to The GanSu Electricity Power Company. Especially through the overall heating power trials on the #2 generating unit of LianCheng power station and making the generating unit economic analysis,it criticizes the questions on the actual coursing statement of LianCheng power station at present. Besides . it analyses theoretically the reasons why the 100MW generating units are always have a low efficiency and high consumption. In the terms of theory, it criticizes the questions on the designs of the old steam turbine and also suggest the ways to improve it's economic and to amend it1 s structure. Also , this paper introduces some new designing methods , advanced technologies and craftwork of modem steam turbine, and the capability secures after the transformation. This paper drawing on the advanced experience of the modernization transformation on 100MW and 200MW generating units circulation part , puts forward the possibility and necessity of making all-sided technology transformation on the generating unit in LianCheng power station. Further, it puts forward the technology transformation schema and the transformation schema of the corresponding system, analyses the economic after transformation. The performance of the all-sided technology transformation has very important significance on reducing the generating units coal consumption, increasing the generating units efficiency and prolonging the generating units life. It has a considerable economic benefit and social benefit.
