Synthesis Evaluation Of The Placement Of Aids To Navigation In Port Environment

Based on the related conclusions both in and outside China and experts consultation, this paper applies AHP and fuzzy synthesis evaluation theory to evaluate reasonable degree of the placement of aids to navigation in each channel, then evaluates the reasonable degree of the placement of aids to navigation in the whole harbor environment. Through the evaluation, we can find out the reasonable degree of the placement of aids to navigation in the port water area. It offers theoretical bases for improving the placement of aids to navigation in the water area. Furthermore, the paper also provide a method to evaluate whether the placement of aids to navigation in the port water area is reasonable and a set of theory of how to place the aids to navigation in reason.
