The Development And Application Of The Green Evaluation Supporting System Of Manufacturing Process Based On Knowledge Management

Green Manufacturing is the essential way to resolve the environment pollution problem in manufacturing. Manufacturing process is an important part of the implementation of green manufacturing, which is composed by lots of processes, so the study focal point of manufacturing process of green evaluation is the basic aspects of green manufacturing—resource consumption and environmental impact of process. As the process knowledge involved not only many, but scattered, so this paper takes the resource consumption and environmental impact of process as the main research object, studies the method of knowledge management and developes the green evaluation supporting system of manufacturing process based on knowledge management and applied in the enterprise.(1) Analysis of the resource consumption and environmental impact knowledge involved in manufacturing process, through the study of knowledge management, this paper is established an analysis framework of green evaluation of manufacturing process based on knowledge management.(2) Studied the knowledge management operational mode of green assessment of manufacturing process, based on the exhaustive analysis of resource consumption and Environmental impact knowledge. This paper made the following key areas of studies: Knowledge classification method and the means of acquisition; divided the knowledgebase into document library and data base according to its structure; analyzed knowledge storing structure and content, constructed the evaluation index, set up index quantitative rules , evaluation datum collection methods and the choice of evaluation methods, etc.(3) Based on the above analysis, developed the green evaluation supporting system of manufacturing process based on knowledge management, through the framework and architecture analysis of system, introduced the main module of the system with the key technology of achieve the software system.(4) Through the analysis of the manufacturing process, introduced the application process instance with a valve manufacturing process.
