The Vernacular Building Groups And Outer Space Of Jiangnan

This article is summarize on the vernacular form of traditional village and folk building in JiangnanA lot of external and internal theory on design of city and space are drawn,especially on building and street aesthetics. According to investigation of several model villages,the way of form is article's main line .The article discusses the method of design,background and culture.Part one mainly focuses on the formation of village including the geographical,economic,social,culture and political influencesPart two is a study of the natural environment surrounding the village. It focuses on Feng Shui idea and enjoyment of the natural environment.Part three and part four deals with the groups of building and open space of village.Part five and part six focuses on the study of composition on landscape and street space.The study of people's live environment is important problem,from the composition of vernacular village;we can learn a lot-of good knowledge for today people's live environment.
