Oil monitoring technology of ship engine,as a current fast-developing new and advanced technology in international shipping, has become an important aspect of development in the field of modern ship condition monitoring and control. Under current internal situations it is imperative to develop an intellectualized monitoring system of lubricant based on internet in order to achieve a rapid and shortcut condition analysis, failure diagnosis, and to establish condition evaluation methods and standardized data of all types of major ship equipments. Information extraction and management are the basis of this system and are of great importance to its establishment. This is the focus of this thesis. In addition to analyzing and explaining oil condition monitoring technology and oil information extraction theoretically, the author has elaborated modeling requirements and basic methods of information extraction from all analysis measures adopted in oil condition monitoring and diagnosis. Aiming at four analysis measures-Spectrometric,Ferro graphic,Routine, and Particulate counting, the author has established time-sequence model based on fuzzy estimation regulations, tentatively provided analysis standard criterion for failure analysis, and proposed fuzzy systematized model for diagnosis system of lubricant monitoring expert;employing mathematical methods of fuzzy analysis, the author has established analytical synthetic evaluation model, analyzed the reasonability of analytical measures in lubricating oil and equipment condition evaluation, and provided extraction method model of information regulations for diagnosis system of lubricant monitoring expert by means of analyzing parameters. Furthermore, the author has discussed the synthetic analytical disposal model based on Spectrometric,Ferro graphic,Routine, and Particulate counting-four analytical measures and proposed oil disposal method of synthetic analysis characterized by mutual benefits and combining manifold mathematical methods,to ensure the consistency and reasonability of mathematical model and practical application demands.
