Design And Implementation Of Construction Cost Analysis Platform

The rapid development of information technology in the Internet era has led to an exponential increase in data.Big data,through the collection and analysis of massive data,has unearthed the inherent knowledge and laws,and has promoted the development of scientific decision-making in various fields.In the construction cost industry,the amount of data and business scale is huge and complex,and traditional cost work is repetitive and complex.How to make good use of big data technology to optimize the cost workflow is a very valuable research topic.My internship company is using this idea to develop a construction cost analysis platform,which provides cost management personnel with functions such as project management,list pricing,and audit reports,covering the entire process of cost work,while increasing the number of users based on different user scenarios.View project details and add annotations in the mobile app.In order to optimize the repetitiveness and complexity of the list valuation stage in the costing work,by establishing a data platform,collecting historical engineering data,and digging out the information of the list pricing scheme,the function of fast pricing of the list valuation was realized.I participated in the research status and background research of the project during the project development process,and analyzed the technical solutions used in the development and production environment,including the Spring back-end framework,Mybatis relational mapping model,Hadoop distributed data storage,Spark distributed computing,etc..In the demand analysis phase,the role of the user of the cost analysis platform is divided into cost personnel and data platform operators,and the requirements are determined separately.In the outline design stage,I divided the system into functional modules and designed a data storage scheme.In the detailed design stage,the coding implements each functional module,and the data analysis process is designed.The information extraction algorithm based on the thesaurus and rules is used to analyze the list features,and the list features are saved as structured data for operations personnel to manage.Support for price plan adaptation.Finally,I conducted functional and non-functional tests on the system to ensure that the system runs smoothly.At present,the system has been running,and it works well during use.The development team continues to improve the system based on user feedback and newneeds discovered.
