Study On The Association Between Planning Processes And Urban Form

As the form and approach of re-distribution of social -spatial resource among numerous stake-holders,the urban planning must involve the combination of the urban form evolution and planning process. By taking the cities'S principal participants (the city government \ economical organization \the inhabitant) as the agents,this article explores the association between the city form's evolution and planning processes. The city government \ economical organization \the inhabitant are the dynamics of city development,they demand and occupy the location and spatial during the evolution of urban form,on the other side,as the principal participants of distribution of the power and interest',they mirror their role in the planning regime during the particular period .The fundamental changes are determinded by the interaction between main social participants,the government \economical organization \the inhabitant. but the interaction inevitably brings out the externalities,so we must resort to the planning processes to control or guide the city development . these are the approaches to re-distribute among the stake-holders,exerting instinctive influence on the urban form,evolution.From the process of the urban planning,the spatial being the direct object of urban planning,the systems of planning process stems from in the particular historical \ social \ economical context. These contexts determine the forms of questions \ the anticipated policy standard \the organization of implementing . the form involves the continuance and the dynamics;so,the urban planning processes integrate main spatial parts into the context.
