Monitoring Vehicle System

This thesis is a comprehensive project that focus on monitoring vehicle System,which is composed of electronics,computer and internet.The main idea of this article is to display gps position data on the vector map. With bitmap which stands for vehicle being monitored.this article discuss the producing principle of vector electronic map,making it reality to accomplish the basic operation on map,completing the position data display on map(that it is,to realize monitoring vehicle).After theory anasis and experiment,it proved that the vehicle monitoring system is reliable,this theory is credible,and position precision can be satisfied.
