Study Of Urban Passenger Transportation Structure About Evaluation, Design And Optimization

The position of urban passenger transportation is obvious to all, whether its structure is good or not, affect directly realization of urban transportation function. Based on a lot of practical work, the paper combines relative document of all over the world, from three aspects: evaluating, designing and optimizing, and researches the structure of urban passenger transportation in detail to compensate lack in this research field and direct the realized producing.This paper, based on fundamental subjects such as mathematics, operations research as well as the basic method of analyzing problems of system engineering, analyzes comprehensively the system of urban passenger transportation including the components, the outside effect factors, the characters of the urban passenger transportation system and contrast between structure of the national and foreign urban passenger transportation; based on them, this paper establishes the system of logical relation to study theoretically the evaluation of urban passenger transportation structure from the aspects such as basic principle of evaluation, idea structure of evaluation, establishment of the evaluation index and comprehensive evaluation; on the design of the urban passenger transportation structure, hierarchy model is constructed according to the idea of hierarchy analysis, in the case of satisfying urban character, to strive for arriving at the balance between supplying and demanding of urban passenger transportation system; finally, this paper brings forward the idea of structure optimization of urban passenger transportation and discusses the key problems.All models constructed are used in the city of Xi'an, which is regarded as an example analysis.
