Scheme Design Of The Integral System In County Distribution

This paper does some research on distribution and dispatching integrated system in county distribution, brings forward integrated designing scheme and designs an integrated automation system. This scheme overcomes the situation in which each automation system has one function, information can't be used each other and wasting information resources. This scheme integrates each separate, single function system as an integrated, shared system.In master system, there is a GIS/SCADA integrated system. SCADA and GIS use the same data flat and the data is real time corresponding. When users do some amend work in one fault, the data can be amended automatically in other flat. By doing so, the workload can be reduced and reducing mistake produced by people factors.The scheme is as follows: data harmony is integrated by GIS, two systems are integrated by function interface or COM interface. The applying modules are configured according their main function and whether or not using real time data. So the GIS/SCADA was integrated.The unites which is designed according to the transformer substation and distribution automation have protection, measurement, controlling and communication function communicated with FTU and realize measurement, protection and feeder automation integrated functions .The equipment can communicate with SCADA and finish measurement and controlling function. The system can avoid repeating investment, reduce the cost of product, consolidate management and improve technology level.FTU is a important equipment. Its reliability decides the stabilization of power system. The paper did some research on reliabilityof FTU and anti-jamming measure.Communication system is very important in distribution. The paper contrast several communication modes and forwards a communication scheme in county distribution.
