Research On The Plan Establishment And Progress Control For Offshore Engineering Fabrication

The basic function of offshore engineering plan and progress control is for theestablishment of project general plan and monthly plan and weekly plan, and traces tothe plan during plan execution and ensures that project is smoothly executedfollowing the milestone and is completed on time as the contract. This paper is a study for the establishment of onshore fabrication plan andprogress control of BZ25-1 B,D,E jackets and uses ration principle, constructionorganization principle, project management, flow process method and uses thereference of domestic and foreign advanced construction experiences to do someresearch and study of man-hour ration, process sequence relationship, time limit,resource optimization, progress control. The study has been applied in several projects,which shortens construction time and decreases cost.
