The Distribution Management Information System Based On GIS Technology

By analyzing status quo of power supply bureau of China and other country , The paper points out existent problem of power supply bureau management information system. .This paper investigates the necessity of the distribution management information system based on GIS technology. Design the structure and the functions of Electric power GIS system, the database of Electric power network system. System analysis, system design and database design are discussed emphatically in the thesis, including several subsidiary function management systems is presented on the basis of the actual situations. The analysis&design flow is presented, and the object-oriented idea is used in the development. In the database design phase, database theories are discussed, and then in virtue of database module theories and combined with the characteristics of power supply bureau management, database module are built by using the E-R and ORM modeling, standardized by using standardization rule, and modified and rectified based on actual condition so as to realize optimization.In the paper, The power supply bureau GIS ought to chooses system configuration of associative to Brower/Server (B/S) and ARC/INFO and Oracle 9i.
