| IEC61850protocol, as the foundation of the seamless communication in the intelligent substation automation system, has already far-reaching influence in each aspect of the intelligent substation. Therefore how to use the standard has become a hot topic of the current research.Compared with the previous communication, the IEC61850technical system is large and complex, etc. Meanwhile it is in the development of the technology. In the current large-scale promotion application process and will have some substations can’t meet the need of the IEC61850, such as the problems, how to access the legacy IED, how to transform the communication network of the legacy system, the substation application system is bristly, how to eliminate information island and realize the effective information integration, etc.In this paper, based on the IEC61850standard, from the popularization and application of the IEC61850standard Angle, the main work and achievements are as follows:(1) Analysis the main technical contents of the IEC61850standards, summarizes the problems in the promotion and application of the digital substation.(2) To solve the problem, analysis the feasible technical scheme in digital substation, with the Quartet’s new intelligent gateway CSC1326, IEC61850server station, CSC1336as the research object, through the communication protocol of the software design to realize the implementation of the intelligent devices in the role of the digital substation(3) Research the application method of IEC61850protocol in the engineering, and the development of the corresponding programs.(4) An actual project as an example, analyzed the specific application process of the IEC61850standard. |
