In sluice design and analysis, the establishment of sluice FEM model, non-linear simulation calculation, stability analysis, reinforcement calculation and aseismatic analysis, etc. are very important research subjects. The paper systematically introduces the development and actuality of sluice structural analysis, the theories of structural Statics-Dynamics, and studies the parametrization and visualization techniques in sluice FEM analysis. Finally a FEM analysis software of sluice, based on ANSYS, is developed and GengLou sluice is analyzed by 3-D FEM Static-Dynamic simulation analysis means. The main contents of the paper are as follows:1. The parameterization and visualization techniques of FEM is studied, the method and its application techniques of sluice FEM visual modeling is developed, and developing techniques of ANSYS is studied. Then the FEM analysis software of sluice is developed by APDL and UIDL techniques based on ANSYS. It's convenient and efficient to establish sluice parameterization model and study the sluice structural characteristics by this FEM analysis system.2. The theories of sluice structural non-linear simulation analysis and ANSYS concrete analysis are studied. Three kind of models of reinforced concrete, constitutive relations and failure criterion of concrete, the element model of concrete, and the crack simulation of concrete are systematically analyzed, and the convergence technique of non-linear solution of concrete in ANSYS are studied.3. The dynamic analysis theory and method of sluice structure are studied, the response spectrum of modal combination approach and time-history analysis approach and their application techniques in ANSYS are studied in details, the dynamic interaction between structure and water is discussed, and the dynamic influence which dynamic water makes to the U shape structure is studied.4. The visualization model of GengLou sluice is established by the sluice parametric finite element analysis software the paper developes. The static simulation analysis of the structure is made by the use of 3-D finite element method, the displacement and stress of the structure in different load cases are analyzed, the stability of sluice is analyzed, and steel design of sluice is calculated.5. By means of response spectrum of modal combination approach and time-history analysis approach, the dynamic response of GengLou sluice structure are calculated, structure self-oscillation character and dynamic response under the seismic are analyzed. By comparing the calculation results of two kinds of methods, the security and rationality of the whole structure are comprehensively evaluated.The calculation result of GengLou sluice based on sluice simulation analysis method put forward by the paper shows that the variation regularity of deformation and stress of chamber structure is quite well, which accords with the general regulation. The research result provide important reference for the design of the project.
