| As the capital of our country, Beijing has always attached great importance to forestry ecological construction. Especially after the success of application for the Olympic Games , building green capital and celebrating green Olympic Games were put forward ,and large quantities of forestry ecological projects have been started in succession. Silviculture planning and design is the most indispensable and important link in forestry ecological projects, forestry project management has direct relation on ecological social economic benefit of these projects. The swift and violent development of the computer and information technology has brought the deep change to all respects of social economy, have put forward higher and higher demand for the social administrative department too. At present, the traditional craft of silviculture planning and design and management in Beijing have laged behind, and it is unable to meet the needs of developing rapidly in the modern forestry.Silviculture planning and design and management system based on GIS in Beijing researched in this thesis directly face on the base forestry unit which take change forestry projedct design and construction, and face on the senior level forestry project administrative department. On the complete geographical data of foundation and forestry resource data and forestry project data foundation, the system highly integrate through geographical information system database, computer network ,etc.It can realize scientific silviculture planning and designt, and dynamic , omni-directional supervision and management to the on-going project. In project confirm stage, closely combining the spot, it also can realize assisting to confirm by computer.At the same time this thesis introduces Visual Studio development with ArcEngine components in details, and it is a good reference for developer. |
