Railway Logistics Dynamic Alliance is the development of railway logistics enterprises form a new organization.The purpose of its establishment is to increase the economic benefits and enhance the technical level. Second,by Life Cycle Model of Railway Logistics Dynamic Alliance the paper discusses the formation of railway logistics enterprises in the process of Railway Logistics Dynamic Alliance. Finally, based on the general model of dynamic alliance this parper proposed railway logistics as the center enterprises, information platform, technology platform and business platform for the support of two-tier organizational structure.2) Paper analyzes the Railway Logistics Dynamic Alliance partner selection research by qualitative and quantitative methods.
