Dynamic Alliance Of Regional Manufacturing Infrastructure And Its Supporting Environment

With the coming of the 21st century, the conception of agile manufacturing and dynamic alliance has been accepted by many countries as manufacturing strategy. Many developed countries have took a lot of study on it. It needs the support of more advanced information technology and better information environment to carry the dynamic alliance strategy into practice. With the development of the manufacturing model and the information technology, especially the development of the network technology, the communication and cooperation among industrial branches has been advanced. At the same time, a great deal of disturbed information resources is adding the difficulty of information integration for Dynamic Alliance. Traditional enterprise information architecture can not be satisfied with the requirement of Dynamic Alliance. As a whole, Territorial Manufacturing Dynamic Alliance is made up of some adjacent manufacturing entities which belong to different organizations. Contrasted to Dynamic Alliance, it has some advantages, such as same industry, adjacent territorial and particular affinity. So it is easy to build Information Support Environment for alliance enterprise and implement information transfer, sharing for each other. The main contributions are presented as following: 1. based on the development of Dynamic Alliance theory, the characteristic of Territorial Manufacturing Dynamic Alliance and the requirement for Information Foundation Architecture of executing its strategy, analyzes feasibility and essentiality of building, and gives the requirement 9f Information Foundation Architecture. Then the whole architecture of Territorial Manufacturing Dynamic Alliance is presented. 2. based on analyzing the requirement for information sharing and mutual manipulation, this thesis put forward the viewpoint that based on standardization technology (such as Internet, VPN, object technology basing on CORBA and information technology basing on STEP.), used workf low management technology as facility, exercised three kinds of integration mechanism, we can build Information Foundation Architecture which supports the operation of TerritorialManufacturing Dynamic Alliance 3. finally, this thesis discussed how to build network and Information Support Environment instance for Center.
