Research On Quality Control Of Construction Engineering

The policy that the quality of construction engineering is the first is always adhered to in our country. It is eternal theme that engineering quality is guaranteed at engineering design, construction and supervision. The high quality project will not only latent value to investor and society but also bring good prestige to the building enterprise, so the completive power of enterprises is strengthen. Meanwhile it is also the need of making the investment to produce maximum value and the society to guarantee engineering quality.In this text, the basic method and theory of quality control of construction engineering are studied by combining the project instance. Firstly, the origin of quality control, domestic and international situation of the development at quality control is briefly introduced. Writer proves and analyse to basic conception and theories of quality control. Secondly main points of quality are discussed from several respects such as project management, engineering construction, construction supervision and quality testing. Finally the methods and procedures of quality control are discussed through the instant that "the whole course, the whole project, the whole employee." Quality management model is adopted at the mansion project of Silicon Valley of Changchun. Data of the project are analysed by the mathematical statistics tool and fuzzy mathematics method It is evidenced that "the whole course, the whole project, the whole employee" is good at the quality control of construction engineering.In the paper, the quality control method to put forward has certain effective and actual meaning, which can offer beneficial help for the quality control at the construction engineering.
